Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients  

  • 3 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 12 ounces Dark and Milk Chocolate, Chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: All purporse flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, add room temperature butter, chopped. Next, add the brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, cream together until fluffy.
  3. Add one egg at a time and mix.
  4. Add the flour mixture into the big bowl. Mix on low speed until even.
  5. Add the chocolate chips. Fold them into the dough.
  6. Scoop balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Put them in the oven at 375 degree F or 190 degree C. Bake until golden brown, about 17 minutes.
