Ingredients
- 3 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 12 ounces Dark and Milk Chocolate, Chopped
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: All purporse flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, add room temperature butter, chopped. Next, add the brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, cream together until fluffy.
- Add one egg at a time and mix.
- Add the flour mixture into the big bowl. Mix on low speed until even.
- Add the chocolate chips. Fold them into the dough.
- Scoop balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Put them in the oven at 375 degree F or 190 degree C. Bake until golden brown, about 17 minutes.
