Luscious Lindt Cheesecake


  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package of Lindt chocolate pralines, chopped


  1. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Add the chopped Lindt chocolate pralines to the cheesecake mixture and mix well.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and decorate with some Lindt chocolate pralines on top.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
