Toblerone Cheesecake – No bake Cheesecake

I love Toblerone and it’s absolutely delicious in a cheesecake! This cake has a chocolate crust, with a Toblerone chocolate cream cheese filling, and crushed Toblerone on top. This recipe is also no bake and requires very little ingredients so it’s easy peasy to make. Enjoy!



  • 1 cup (2 1/3 dl) chocolate biscuits
  • 1/3 cup (75 g) butter, melted


  • 1 cup (2 dl) whipping cream
  • 21 oz (600 g) of cream cheese
  • 2 Toblerone chocolate bars (100 g each)
  • ¾ cup (1 ½ dl) powdered sugar


  • 2 Toblerone chocolate bars (100 g each)


  1. Line a loose-bottomed tin with baking parchment.
  2. To make the crust: Process biscuits until finely crushed in a food processor.
  3. Melt the butter for the crust and add to the crushed biscuits. Mix well.
  4. Press the crumbs firmly down into the base of the pan to create an even layer. Let chill in the fridge.
  5. To make the filling: Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks forms. Add the cream cheese and mix.
  6. Melt the Toblerone chocolate bars over a water bath and add into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add the powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Chop two Toblerone chocolate bars and spread on top of the cheesecake.
