Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake

I love this supereasy Swedish sticky chocolate cake! This gooey choco cake is similar to a mud cake, add some whipped cream and you’re in heaven. Chocolate craving quick fix!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (150 g) butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (2 dl) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 dl) brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup (1 1/2 dl) all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch flake salt

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, add eggs, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add all purpose flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Mix until even.
  4. Add 1 pinch of salt and mix.
  5. Grease and flour a cake pan and add the batter.
  6. Bake at 400 °F / 200 °C for 10-15 min depending on how sticky you want it.
  7. Serve with some whipped cream.
